Thank you for shopping with smkdrp. We want you to love what you ordered—but if something isn’t right, here’s our return and refund policy for shirts and hoodies:

Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

• Worn, washed, stained, or damaged items will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that show signs of wear (e.g., odors, pet hair, wrinkles, or visible use) are non-refundable.

• Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
